The survey, integral to the facilities management plan, was intended to count all the hospital assets. Particularly the building survey involved two health facilities consisting of 20 structures for a total floor surface of 150'000 m2. All furniture, electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and technological systems, including medical equipments, were surveyed and recorded both on CAD drawings and spreadsheets using enhanced blocks.
